Missions Ministries at Concord Christian Church

The main vision of our missions ministry is to help Concord Christian Church fulfill its God-given purpose as described in our mission statement: "To connect people to Christ and each other."

Additionally, there are other benefits of this ministry specifically within our church family.

  • The missions ministry serves as a tithe model to our members.  Concord Christian gives a tithe of our income to missions for use outside of our congregation.
  • The missions ministry is a bridge to missionary service for our congregation.  It allows us to experience missions service and be active in world evangelism without straying from our specific local calling.
  • Service in the missions ministry gives us a single source to better understand the trials and prayer needs of missionaries worldwide without being in several different places.
