Africa 2012 Mission Trip

Many at Concord Christian Church have sensed the Spirit's calling to go beyond; beyond the comfortable and to be used for something more than what we could ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20).

CCC's mission statement, "Connecting People to Christ and Each Other" comes from Christ's command to go into all the world to make disciples, baptizing them and teaching them to follow His teachings.  Concord Christian believes that this begins at home but applies to all people groups wherever they are found.

We are excited to announce that Concord Christian Church will be sponsoring a mission trip to Africa during June, 2012.   It is anticipated that we will leave on or about June 20th and return on or about June 30th (subject to flight availability & cost).  While there the team will experience relationships that will truly change lives; both those we meet and ourselves.  Plans are currently being developed to do the following:

  • Medical missions
  • Preaching/Teaching
  • Neighborhood/Community evangelism
  • VBS
  • Sports Camps
  • Various physical building projects as skills and materials merit
