Survivors Ministry

The Survivors Ministry is a support and outreach ministry from Concord Christian Church.  It is composed of survivors of life-changing illnesses, their families and caring volunteers. 

The purpose of the Survivors Ministry is to display God's love and care to the individuals and families battling such illnesses by sharing our own experiences to ease the burden of the battle.

The Goals of the Survivors Ministry are:

1. To draw survivors closer to God
2. To share our story and our lives with other survivors of similar life-changing illnesses
3. To equip those who have survived life-changing illnesses to minister to those recently diagnosed

Our involvement includes prayer, meal preparation, accompanying individuals to appointments and treatment, and assistance with shopping and household chores.  We wil also assist with referrals to other support programs, counseling and group meetings.
